Maintenance and repair of reprography equipment

Summary

The tender concerns the rental and maintenance of colour high-volume digital printing equipment and compact colour and black-and-white plotters in all formats for RATP’s reprography centre. The contract is divided into 2 lots, each awarded as a single-supplier framework agreement: Lot 1 covers compact colour and black-and-white plotters in all formats; Lot 2 covers high-volume colour and black-and-white digital printing equipment. There is no minimum amount, and the maximum amount may vary by +30% compared with the estimated amount. Services are planned to start in November 2026. Lot 1 runs for 84 months, including a firm period of 60 months and two optional 12-month extensions. Lot 2 runs for a firm period of 60 months from signature by RATP.
