Prison transport vehicles

Summary

The tender concerns the manufacture and supply of a heavy prisoner transport vehicle, i.e. a prisoner transport bus, for Justizvollzugsanstalt Halle. The vehicle must accommodate 26 prisoners and include seats for the driver, transport leader, second driver and a fourth seat. The bidder should note that, after award, a works-supply contract will be concluded and the interior fittings and special equipment will be coordinated after contract award. The base vehicle must be ready by 30 November 2027 at the latest, and final delivery must take place within two weeks after successful quality inspection, but no later than 30 November 2028.
