Summary
The tender concerns interpretation and language mediation services for JobCenter Essen meetings with newly arrived SGB II applicants. The service includes consecutive interpreting and negotiation interpreting, and where needed oral translation of forms and letters, to support complex, sensitive and conflict-prone discussions. Services are ordered as individual assignments on weekdays, usually between 8:00 and 15:00; bookings must generally be made at least 3 working days in advance, appointments require confirmation, and cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
