IP telephony services

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of comprehensive IP telephony services for the contracting authority at two locations: Tržaška cesta 19, Ljubljana and Dragomelj 116, Domžale. The bidder must set up and operate an IP telephony system on its own infrastructure and provide the supply, installation and rental of IP phones, broadband connectivity, call centre services, automatic call routing, call recording, e-fax, softphone, forwarding point, analogue connections, a usage monitoring application, and unlimited calls to all telecommunications networks in the Republic of Slovenia. The contractor must also provide full maintenance of the equipment, technical support and standby service with agreed response times (SLA) for the entire contract period.
