Traffic monitoring services

Summary

The tender concerns monitoring private roads and company-owned areas for compliance with posted traffic and other signs, as well as relocating and sanctioning vehicles that are parked or obstructing traffic. The service is to be provided year-round, every day and several times a day. The contractor must have a 24-hour hotline, must be able to relocate vehicles independently and sanction them with a warning fine, and must settle directly with the persons responsible. The value of a single order is limited to EUR 5,000. Vehicle relocation accounts for about 50–70% of the contract volume. The tender is divided into three lots.
