Summary

The tender concerns the establishment of a multi-party framework agreement for energy performance contracts for the Dublin local authorities. For each project, the successful tenderer must provide a contractual guarantee of achieved savings and return on investment. Call-off contracts under the framework agreement will be concluded directly between the relevant framework purchaser and the framework member/successful tenderer.
