Citizen debate and communication materials for involvement in the Green Tripartite

Summary

The tender concerns the development of citizen debate and communication materials to support involvement in the Green Tripartite. The work includes sparring on and co-development of a common communication framework, development of concepts, delivery and facilitation of debate events at at least 4 locations per year, development and production of a digital debate campaign, development and operation of a website with a landing page, design guides and digital communication for local and national involvement, and evaluation of the activities. The contract runs across the periods September 2026 to August 2029, with some national activities ending in August 2028.
