Medicines – open-house rebate agreements 2024-07

Summary

The tender concerns rebate agreements for medicines under an open-house procedure. The contracting authority intends to conclude contracts with suitable pharmaceutical undertakings for the active substances, combinations, dosage forms, strengths or finished medicinal products listed for each lot. The contract terms are the same for everyone, no individual negotiations are held, and no exclusivity is granted. The contract term is generally up to 24 months starting no earlier than 1 July 2024 and ending no later than 30 June 2028. Joining is possible at any time during the contract period.
