Medicines open-house rebate agreements 2024-12

Summary

The tender concerns rebate agreements for medicines under an open-house procedure. The contracting authority intends to conclude contracts with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substances, active substance combinations, dosage forms, strengths or finished medicinal products listed in the relevant lot. The contract terms are uniform, there are no individual negotiations, and no exclusivity is granted. The contract term is generally up to 24 months starting no earlier than 1 December 2024 and ending no later than 30 June 2028. Joining is possible at any time during the contract period.
