Laboratory equipment, optical and precision instruments supply for the SEAM Research Centre

Summary

The tender concerns three lots of laboratory and research equipment: replacement of a high-resolution X-ray computed tomography system, a high-definition bench-top digital microscope system, and a replacement detector for the GE VTomex L300 industrial CT system. The equipment must be delivered, installed and commissioned on the ground floor of the SEAM facilities in the Applied Technology Building on the main campus of SETU Waterford. The contracting authority will carry out the laboratory preparation works. After award, the successful tenderer must assess the site and access, allow factory acceptance testing to be witnessed, and provide a factory test certificate if the authority does not attend in person.
