Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for reprographic, printing and data print services for the Municipality of Tilburg. The work covers the production, processing and distribution of physical and digital document flows. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers reprographic and printing services, including printing, copying, scanning, print production, finishing, large-format printing and fulfilment; Lot 2 covers data print services, including automated processing of data files, generation of personalised documents and handling of physical and digital distribution. At most one contractor will be awarded per lot. The estimated value for Lot 1 is EUR 250,000 per year and up to EUR 1,200,000 for the full contract term including extension options. The estimated value for Lot 2 is EUR 20,000 per year and up to EUR 100,000 for the full contract term including extension options.
