Building and interior design services – BIM overall coordination

Summary

The tender concerns the design of a new building for DRF air rescue. The project includes a hangar building with an integrated social block, two new helicopter parking positions and a fuel station, as well as adaptation of the existing FATO to new legal requirements. The project is to be delivered as a BIM pilot project, and BIM overall coordination and BIM author roles are expected. Design work is to be carried out in HOAI 2021 service phases 2–8, with the overall scope also foreseeing work up to service phase 5 or HOAI service phase 9.
