Urban planning and landscape architecture services – open space planning for Grünes Band and Wildnissaum Golm

Summary

The tender concerns planning services for the implementation of sub-project 03 of the funding programme on adapting urban and rural areas to climate change. The planning area is in Golm, a district in western Potsdam. The planning basis is B-Plan 129 “Nördlich in der Feldmark” and B-Plan Go 9/96.1 “Großer Plan 1A”. The bidder must take into account that the open-space concept prepared in 2014–2017 is to be reviewed and integrated into the planning process.
