Summary

The tender concerns the design of a new volunteer fire brigade building in Munich-Allach at Eversbuschstraße 134. The assignment covers object planning under HOAI Section 34 in service phases 2–9 and the development of a solution for an approximately 3,000 m² site, with a planned usable area of about 900 m² including a caretaker’s apartment.
