Summary

The tender concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with a service provider for the physical processing and dispatch of business documents. The service includes receiving and processing print data, print production, enveloping, insert management, franking, postage optimisation, sorting, and handover to dispatch service providers. In addition, the service must provide status information, evidence, reporting and billing data. The services are to be delivered on an order-by-order basis, client-specific and in line with defined service times and quality requirements.
