Summary
The tender concerns planning services for a new 6-unit multi-family house at Panoramastraße 44 in Bietigheim-Bissingen. The contractor will have to provide object planning in the building and interiors discipline, especially service phases 6–9 under HOAI 2021 Sections 33–37. The building permit has already been obtained and the detailed design is largely complete.
