Energy-efficient refurbishment of the gymnasium and auditorium in Geseke

Summary

The tender concerns refurbishment and reconstruction works for the existing gymnasium and auditorium buildings. The scope includes energy-efficient renovation of the building envelope, facade and roof refurbishment, remediation of the existing concrete structures including the concrete chimney, and partial conversion of the heat supply. A heat pump of about 400 kW is planned to be integrated, while the existing gas boiler will remain in operation to cover peak loads.
