Telecommunications services tender – Communications operator
Summary
The tender concerns communications operator services. The successful bidder will receive exclusive rights to operate and develop an open fibre network in Gotlandshem’s property portfolio and to provide a platform for broadband, TV and other digital services to tenants. One key requirement is that at least a basic broadband offer must be provided free of charge (“Welfare broadband”).
