Offshore cable handling and repair equipment

Summary

The tender concerns the manufacture and supply of modular offshore cable handling and repair equipment. The equipment must be storable, modular and ready for quick installation on a vessel or support vessel in Finland. The bidder must have experience of equipping at least 3 vessels of opportunity with comparable cable repair equipment. The procedure is negotiated and selection takes place in two stages; in the second stage, tenders are evaluated on the basis of the price-quality ratio. The procurement is conditional on the availability of EU funding.
