Summary

The tender concerns the supply and installation of a central ventilation unit with a heat recovery system on the roof, together with rectangular and circular ductwork for the ventilation and air supply/extraction of patient rooms, delivery rooms and work rooms. The contractor must also connect and commission the ventilation system, carry out hygiene testing and adjust the air volumes, prepare as-built documentation and test reports, and coordinate the works independently with other trades. The works must be carried out in accordance with the state of the art and recognised technical rules.
