The tender concerns geothermics works for the renovation and extension of Schmiedeberg Secondary School. The contractor must deliver a geothermal system with 10 boreholes of about 207 m each, install the probes, backfill the boreholes, dispose of drilling spoil and drilling water properly, supply and install all required system components, connect the system via buried pipes and a central distribution shaft with integrated control and measuring technology, fill the system, carry out pressure and functional tests, perform hydraulic balancing, commission the installation, and document all services completely.
