The tender concerns full insurance brokerage services for the contracting authority. The service includes strategic advice, regular risk analysis, ensuring value balance, continuous market analysis and insurance procurement, including support for EU procurement procedures. A key part of the contract is complete contract administration and extensive claims management, including the handling and settlement of legacy claims from before the start of the mandate. The service is supplemented by a digital customer portal compliant with the GDPR. The contract term is up to 5 years (3 + 2 years).
