Summary

The tender concerns architectural and related services for building design. The work covers planning services under HOAI service phases 1–3 and 5–9 for the modernization of existing premises in a service building at the Bereitschaftspolizei München site. The usable area is about 6,700 m² and includes a large kitchen, dining hall, conference and administrative rooms, associated ancillary rooms and technical areas. The work will be carried out while the site remains in operation to ensure supply security. The estimated cost ceiling is EUR 14,040,000 gross.
