General renovation of Kreiskrankenhaus Heppenheim – interior fit-out works for section G

Summary

The tender concerns general renovation works at Kreiskrankenhaus Bergstraße in Heppenheim. The project includes stripping out and refurbishing ward J for new intensive care and general care units, demolition of building section G and construction of a replacement building with a central emergency department, radiology and an operating department, as well as facade renovation, drinking water remediation, upgrading technical building services central systems, partial implementation of the basic fire protection concept and construction of a new house transfer point. Due to existing contamination, many areas must first be professionally stripped out and dismantled.
