School building works – Science Lab Refurb - De La Salle College, Waterford

Summary

The tender concerns internal refurbishment and upgrading of existing science laboratories at De La Salle College in Waterford. The works cover one science lab on the first floor and three on the ground floor, including a demonstration room, hallway, circulation area, office and ground-floor WC. The project also includes full mechanical and electrical upgrades, new furniture fit-out, black-out blinds and new wall, floor and ceiling finishes, to be delivered in two separate phases. The contract is a PW-CF6 Public Works Short Form Contract.
