Summary
The tender concerns software maintenance and support services for the SDH network in the area of the Main and Danube waterway and shipping offices. The contractor must provide 2nd-level support, including a contact person, telephone hotline, on-site service and remote access for troubleshooting, upgrade the existing SOA network management system, renew the related software licences, and update the existing IT security documentation.
