Integrated software development services for the Sports Portal

Summary

The tender concerns integrated information platform development services for the Romanian Sports Portal project (SMIS 339169). The contractor is expected to analyse ANS workflows, design and develop an integrated ICT solution, implement cybersecurity measures, carry out internal and final testing, train administrators and users, supply and take over hardware equipment, and provide warranty services for at least 36 months after final acceptance. The platform will include at least 13 interconnected functional modules, including a public portal, document management, sports registers, an archive digitisation module, an administrative module, a chatbot/virtual assistant, business intelligence reports and related mobile applications.
