Frontex maritime aerial surveillance service with fixed-wing aircraft

Summary

The tender concerns a fully fledged aerial surveillance service over the sea using manned fixed-wing aircraft for Frontex. The contractor must provide the aircraft, crew, liaison officers, maintenance, data transmission via BRLOS, logistics and ground support, and administrative handling of permissions, certifications, insurance and flight authorisations. The service must support at least 2 flight missions per day, long-range missions over the maritime area of interest, and the required surveillance sensors and communications equipment. The future framework contract duration is 2+2 years.
