General renovation of Kreiskrankenhaus Heppenheim – technical building services for building section G

Summary

The tender concerns general renovation works at Kreiskrankenhaus Bergstraße in Heppenheim. The project includes stripping and refurbishing ward wing J for new intensive care and general care units, demolition of building section G and construction of a replacement building with the central emergency department, radiology and operating department, as well as facade renovation, drinking water remediation, upgrading of technical building services central systems, partial implementation of the basic fire protection concept and construction of a new house transfer point. Because of existing contamination, many areas must first be professionally stripped and dismantled.
