Summary

The tender concerns window works, including window sills inside and outside, demolition and disposal of existing windows, and refurbishment of existing wooden windows. The works include about 90 wooden windows to be demolished and disposed of, about 110 new wooden block windows to be installed, about 308 solid wood interior window sills, about 470 metres of external titanium-zinc sheet window sills, and about 200 existing wooden box or block windows to be refurbished. The bidder must also provide proof of sustainable wood sourcing and valid wood certification for the bidder itself or its subcontractors/qualification lenders, as required by the tender documents.
