Summary
The tender concerns a software solution for digital incident documentation for the rescue services of the City of Aachen and the Aachen City Region, including configuration, maintenance, support, consulting, training and documentation. Additional hardware such as charging mounts, card readers, printers, SIM cards and mobile device management is also part of the contract, while the end devices themselves are procured separately by the contracting authorities. The City of Aachen plans a framework agreement for 3.5 years with an optional extension of 1.5 years; the Aachen City Region plans a framework agreement for 5 years.
