Masterplan FFM Hbf – demolition and structural works in the northern building

Summary

The tender concerns demolition of the attic and reconstruction from the 2nd floor upwards, including a new technical centre, building services engineering on the roof, and renovation of the ventilation shafts of the northern building. It also includes conversion of the ground floor and basement with tenant relocation, and construction of the connection to the B level. The works end with commissioning of the technical centre and roof building services engineering, and a temporary passage through the ground floor as a prerequisite for closing the ticket hall in phase 4.
