General renovation of Kreiskrankenhaus Heppenheim – external thermal insulation composite system (WDVS)

Summary

The tender concerns the general renovation of Kreiskrankenhaus Bergstraße in Heppenheim. The works include stripping out and refurbishing ward wing J for new intensive care and general care units, demolition of building section G and construction of a replacement building with a central emergency department, radiology and operating department, as well as facade renovation, drinking water renovation, upgrading technical building services central units, partial implementation of the basic fire protection concept and construction of a new building transfer point. Due to existing contamination, many areas must first be professionally stripped out and dismantled.
