Summary

The tender concerns IT infrastructure support and maintenance services. The contractor is expected to provide maintenance, support, troubleshooting, optimisation, further development and updates of the IT environment; advise the contracting authority on IT matters and projects; support the provision and content management of specialist applications; maintain and expand storage based on an existing NetApp cluster; support the authority’s IT staff; provide professional support and training for the authority’s IT staff in the use of IT systems and specialist applications; prepare and carry out IT infrastructure renewals; and assist with authority relocations in the IT area.
