Summary

The tender concerns technical assistance services for the implementation of the programme “Improved Service Delivery for Citizens in Cambodia II (ISD II)”. The assignment supports inclusive, climate-sensitive and digital public service delivery at district and municipal level in selected provinces of Cambodia, including operational improvements, institutional strengthening, citizen participation mechanisms, knowledge exchange and support for national-level framework conditions.
