Repair and maintenance services for playground equipment

Summary

The tender concerns preventive and corrective maintenance, operational inspections and cleaning of playgrounds, outdoor sports equipment and the surfaces of installations located on residences owned or managed by the contracting authority, as well as the annual main inspections linked to these installations. The contract runs for 5 years in total: 1 firm year from 1 January 2027, then tacitly renewable in successive 1-year periods up to 4 renewals, with a maximum end date of 31 December 2031.
