Design and development of the company preparedness 360 service concept

Summary

The tender concerns consultancy services for designing and developing the company preparedness 360 service concept. The contracting authority seeks expert resources for an estimated 250–270 person-days, split between up to two people, to improve the usability, accessibility and impact of services that strengthen companies’ resilience. The work also includes supporting the contracting authority’s processes and competence in service management and development. The selected person or persons must work on site at least two days per week at the Finnish National Emergency Supply Agency’s premises in Helsinki, unless otherwise agreed; remote work is otherwise allowed.
