Summary

The tender concerns locksmith services, including locks, fittings and access control, together with related goods and services. The contractor must be able to deliver, install, assemble and maintain a wide range of locks and fittings, produce and supply keys, and provide related systems and services such as iLOQ and ARX, licences, door automation, door closers and door pumps. The contract covers both planned and urgent assignments, and the customer intends to conclude parallel framework agreements for two geographical sub-contracts, subject to there being enough qualified tenderers.
