Construction all-risk insurance

Summary

The tender concerns the conclusion of a construction all-risk insurance policy for all construction projects of degewo AG and its affiliated companies with a start date from 2027. The cover also includes PV installation works and purely civil engineering works in the area of the fibre-optic network as well as heat, gas and electricity lines. The bidder must be prepared to cooperate with the members of the insurance consortium selected by the contracting authority. For a lead offer, a subscription share of at least 25% is required; for a participating offer, at least 15%.
