Technical building services design for the conversion of the former Unterbruch primary school into a multi-generational community centre

Summary

The tender concerns the technical building services design (HOAI service phases 2 to 8) for converting the former Unterbruch primary school into a multi-generational community centre. The project includes, among other things, association rooms, a training room, a youth centre and a childcare facility on the ground floor. The exact use of the childcare facility is still to be agreed with a new user. Because of the changed use requirements, service phase 2 must be carried out again and adapted to the revised concept. The building must be completed by 31.12.2029 due to the limited funding period. The contract will be awarded in stages.
