Supply, operation, maintenance, support and further development of an internet-based booking system for the Armed Forces’ pool vehicles

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, operation, maintenance, support and further development of an internet-based booking system for the Danish Armed Forces’ pool vehicles. The supplier must provide the solution as SaaS, host it on servers in Denmark, integrate existing data, and deliver user self-service, administration and reporting functions, as well as electronic car-sharing equipment installed in the vehicles. The contract runs for 72 months and may be extended twice by 24 months. The development period and implementation period may each last no more than 6 months. The solution must initially be able to handle up to about 5,000 pool vehicles and, if requested, be scalable to around 10,000 without loss of functionality, response times, availability or other contractual service levels.
