Summary

The tender concerns a pilot integration training service for Helsinki Employment Services. Two service providers will be selected to deliver training for about 300 clients in total, with 3 starts per provider and about 50 clients per start. The contract is fixed-term and includes an option of the same scope. Training is organised as a credit-based programme, where 1 credit equals 27 hours of work, and it runs in 8-week periods. Each student receives an individual study path and goals before training starts. The aim is to support clients towards functional basic language skills (B1.1) and either employment or further education. The model is flexible, student-centred and includes development work, employer cooperation, monitoring and reporting.
