Conversion of the former Unterbruch primary school into a multi-generational citizens' centre – architectural services

Summary

The tender concerns architectural services (HOAI service phases 2 to 8) for converting the former Unterbruch primary school in Heinsberg into a multi-generational citizens' centre. The project includes club rooms, a training room, a youth meeting place and a childcare facility on the ground floor. The exact use of the childcare area still has to be agreed with a new user, so service phase 2 must be carried out again and adapted to the revised concept. The building must be completed by 31 December 2029 due to the fixed funding period. The contract will be awarded in stages.
