BIM planning services for the modernisation of Coburg station building

Summary

The tender concerns architectural, engineering and planning services for the modernisation of the Coburg station building. The project covers energy and building-related upgrades to improve usability and functionality, including the building structure, roof, façade, windows and doors, technical building services, and accessibility measures. The contract includes object and structural design, specialist planning for technical building services, and surveying/BIM-based as-built modelling. The first two service phases under HOAI are included, with optional phases 3 to 7.
