Multisensor inspection trains

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the development, manufacture and delivery of up to 20 ready-to-use multisensor inspection trains, together with maintenance services, full vehicle documentation, spare parts supply and special tools. The vehicles must meet detailed technical and operational requirements, including a speed of 200 km/h, operation under overhead lines, ETCS/PZB/LZB train protection, GSM-R and FRMCS radio, and suitability for use in Germany and on German lines in Switzerland.
