Roofing works and other special construction works

Summary

The tender concerns call-off works in various building trades under a framework agreement. The works are intended for the rapid fit-out and preparation of rooms, areas and properties, especially cultural spaces, offices, flexible workplaces, refugee accommodation and the conversion of vacant areas. Five framework agreement partners will be engaged for the performance of the listed works. Individual call-offs will be made according to the criteria of Section 4a EU VOB/A. The detailed rules are set out in the framework agreement contract and the tender documents.
