Summary

The tender concerns an integrated maintenance services framework for the LDA residential portfolio in Ireland. The framework covers planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, emergency works, mechanical and electrical maintenance, minor building works, statutory compliance activities and related maintenance services for occupied residential developments and common areas. It is divided into three geographic lots: Dublin and Leinster, Cork and Munster, and Galway and Connacht. Applicants may apply for one, some or all lots.
