The tender concerns widening the Ring Road (Route 1) into a 2+1 road from Vallá to Hvalfjörður road, including two roundabouts, extensions of the underpasses at Vallá, new underpasses at Esjuskáli and Arnarhamar, extension of the concrete culvert over Blikdalsá, as well as side roads, paths and a steel plate culvert in a side road.
