Summary

The tender concerns the procurement of a uniform, future-proof and sustainable hot drinks supply service for 35 locations. A framework agreement will be concluded with one contractor, who must deliver, install, manage, maintain and operate coffee machines and provide both hot and cold drinks. The contractor is responsible for the full service package: equipment supply, preventive and corrective maintenance, replenishment, cleaning and quality assurance.
