Subsea acoustic fish detection system

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, configuration and delivery of one subsea acoustic fish detection system for the rifHerstel XL project. The system is intended for autonomous, long-term monitoring of fish presence, species composition and biomass near artificial reef structures in Dutch coastal waters. The bidder should note that the system must operate continuously for at least six months at an operational water depth of about 40 metres and must include at least one split-beam wideband transducer for target detection and tracking.
